Student of the Week: Julia M.

Congratulations to Julia M. for earning Student of the Week! Julia is well on her way to the 100 Day Practice Club, and her practicing is paying off! She recently graduated from Suzuki Book 2 and is currently learning Gavotte in G Minor by J.S. Bach and the Bartok Duos for Two Violins.

Julia is working on her ability to learn a piece from scratch without any help from her teacher or parents. Her note reading skills are fantastic, and she's learning how the form and structure of a piece can help her in the learning process and memorization. Over the last few months, her ability to add dynamics to each piece has improved tremendously! With a better understanding of the form, and clear dynamics, Julia's violin playing is truly beautiful. Congratulations Julia!!
